ReduClean is a professional greenhouse cleaning solution specially developed for the effective removal of ReduSystems greenhouse coatings from glass and plastic greenhouse covers.

Designed for use at the end of the shading season, ReduClean makes ReduSystems coatings water-soluble, allowing the dissolved coating to be washed away by rainfall or appropriate rinsing. It provides growers with a reliable and efficient way to restore greenhouse light transmission when seasonal coatings are no longer required.

What Does ReduClean Remove?

Standard ReduClean can be used to remove:

• ReduSol
• ReduHeat
• ReduFlex Blue

For ReduFuse and ReduFuse IR, use the specially formulated ReduClean for Diffuse Coatings.

How to Apply ReduClean

Shake the container thoroughly before use.

Apply approximately 250 litres of ReduClean per hectare, diluted with clean water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:7, stirring continuously during mixing.

Apply the solution evenly to a dry greenhouse surface, ensuring the complete coating is thoroughly wetted. Any areas that are not sufficiently treated may not be fully removed.

Allow ReduClean to soak for at least 15 minutes before brushing, or apply when a considerable amount of rainfall is expected within the following week.

For ReduClean for Diffuse Coatings, sufficient rainfall should be expected within approximately two days of application.

Certain polycarbonate, acrylic and plastic-film greenhouse coverings should be rinsed with clean water after approximately 15 minutes, as rainfall alone may not provide sufficient removal.

Do not apply during rain or in windy conditions above 2 m/s. Rooftop sprinklers should not be used for rinsing.

Irrigation & Drainage Considerations

Where rinse water may enter an irrigation reservoir, check the water before reuse as ReduClean runoff can affect reservoir pH. Where possible, close the reservoir inlet during the greenhouse cleaning and rinsing process.
