Description

Osmocote® Exact Tablet 8-9M

Osmocote Exact Tablets 8-9M come in a clever cone-design, which can be pushed down into growing medium and apply water.

Osmocote® Exact Tablets 8-9M deliver accurate doses of nutrients with remarkable ease. Their cone-like shape means the tablet can be pushed down easily into growing medium. The water-soluble adhesive dissolves and the tablets break apart.

The tablets have a longevity of 8 to 9 months at 21ºC and come in 5 g or 7.5 g.

Osmocote Exact Tablets offer convenience and very accurate rates of nutrients. Due to their cone-like shape, the tablets can be easily pushed into the growing media. As with Osmocote Exact, the longevity is instantly recognised by the colour of the granules in the tablets. Tablets are available in 5 gram and 7.5 gram formats.

How to calculate the granules per pot or container at the application rates above: 

  • Tablet application - 3-liter pot volume - 3 x 5 g. 
  • Osmocote® Exact Tablet Total = 15 g/pot.
  • The recommended rates above are based on unfertilised substrates.
  • These are general recommendations.
  • Adjust for specific situations, such as use in tunnels or greenhouses, autumn or winter pottings, or specific climate conditions.

How to use 

  • For application in existing cultures, push tablet down completely into the growing medium.
  • In hanging baskets, arrange the tablets in a circle in the growing medium around the plant.
  • If you’re using drip irrigation, push the tablet in the growing medium directly under the dripper.
  • The temperature affects Osmocote® Exact Tablets’ longevity, determined at 21ºC. 16ºC: 10-11M 21ºC: 8-9M 26ºC: 6-7M.
  • Properly seal partly used or damaged bags.
  • Store under dry conditions.
