Description

This product is regulated as a Reportable Substance under the Poisons Act 1972. Purchase and use may be subject to additional controls.

Osmocote Exact High K 5-6M is a third-generation coated NPK fertiliser with trace elements and programmed release, with longevity of five to six months.

  • Ideal for pot plants needing extended high-potassium feeding (5-6 months) and compact growth (e.g., cyclamen, violets, primulas)
  • Nutrients released over 5 to 6 months
  • Compact plant growth thanks to high potassium source and low phosphorus
  • Healthy root development and branching through high-efficiency nutrient release
  • Excellent leaf shine and colour, thanks to the full trace element package and optimised iron release
  • It suits herbaceous perennials and nitrogen-rich irrigation. When used with Peters Professional water-soluble feeding, adjust rates accordingly
  • Combine with Osmocote CalMag for added calcium and magnesium, suitable for soft water cultures or nitrogen-demanding early growth
  • For high iron-demanding crops, mix with Osmocote Iron. Perfect nutrition for optimal results

**Attention**

Recommended application rates for Osmocote Exact High K granules in g/l.

  • Add maximum 0.5 g/l NPK starter fertiliser in combination with Osmocote Exact High K.

How to calculate the granules per pot or container at the application rates above: 

  • Granule application - 3-liter pot volume - 5 g/l.
  • Osmocote® Exact High K Total = 15 g/pot.
  • The recommended rates above are based on unfertilised substrates.
  • These are general recommendations.
  • Adjust for specific situations, such as use in tunnels or greenhouses, autumn or winter pottings, or specific climate conditions.

How to use

  • The temperature affects Osmocote® Exact Standard High K longevity, determined at 21ºC. 16ºC: 6-7M 21ºC: 5-6M 26ºC: 4-5M.
  • Close partly used or damaged bags securely.
  • Store under dry conditions.
