USAGE The ultimate all-rounder, ideally suited for multi-use sports pitches such as winter sports pitches that are then used for cricket outfields through the summer, sport fields, grounds and pitches.
FEATURES & BENEFITS The backbone of this seed mix is Barbasten, rated second in UK listings. Its proven performance as a hard-wearing ryegrass gives you the confidence that your pitches will be sustained throughout the season.
The cultivars Barolypic, Barsignum and Baromario are selected for excellent performance on both BSPB/STRI Turfgrass Seed 2022 booklet tables S1 and L1, demonstrating the adaptability for multiple use sports fields and variable seasonal mowing heights.
Multi Sport is formulated to utilise a high proportion of seed produced here in the UK – reducing the carbon footprint of delivering this product to market.
Barorlando and Barcristalla are proven, all-round high performing varieties. But where they differ is that they combine dark green genetic colour and high wear tolerance, giving this blend a deep green colour.
