Supplying Explosives Precursors, and Poisons Professional Users Form
From 1st October 2023 Businesses supplying regulated explosives precursors to professional users and other businesses needs to verify the legitimacy of the professional user or business. As such the following form must be completed before we can sell and supply such items.
Under the Control of Poisons and Explosive Precursors Regulations 2023 we require confirmation of the intended business use of regulated products purchased from East Riding Horticulture Ltd.

When this form is completed and emailed to sales@erh-ltd.co.uk along with a copy of your photo ID it will be checked and verified by our team. For account customers we will have to complete this verification every 18 months. For non-account customers we will have to verify every transaction for Regulated Substances. Verification will only take place during office hours 8am-5pm Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays.
Reportable poisons and explosives prescursors do not require the purchaser to hold a Home Office licence. They can be supplied if the request is not suspicious and after considering whether more appropriate commercial alternatives and sellers are available.
